Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Private Insurance Accepted:
Veteran's Choice, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Magellan, United HealthCare/OPTUM, Tricare Standard, Tricare Prime, Military One Source, MHN, E4 EAP, Wellspring EAP are all accepted. If you have Out of Network benefits included in your insurance policy that is not listed, or if you have EAP coverage that is not listed, please contact me for more details.

Teletherapy is also available for North Carolina residents. Teletherapy sessions must be purchased as packages as a cash paying client. Some insurance companies DO authorize teletherapy. Please verify coverage with your insurance company or inquire by contacting me.
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. If you have placed a card on file for payment of services, the fee will be automatically charged at the time of session.
